self-introduction:

My father is a talented craftsman, and his strong influence led me to pursue the same career. As I look back, I enjoyed making things since I was a kid. Outside of work, I enjoy growing vegetables in my garden.

Born in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, in 1980.
After graduating from Akita Municipal Junior college of Arts and Crafts,　Masakage started working as a craftsman at his dad's studio ''Crafts and Design Tanno.'' He also launched his own studio ''TANNO Masakage Mokko Design Works.'' 　
Since 2006, Masakage became a member of ''mickle'', which was formed by a young artists group in Asahikawa. The group has participated in several exhibitions all over Japan.
